REFUNDS

 We kindly request that you review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we do offer exchanges if you received the wrong size in the same product. If the product you purchased isn't something you are looking for, we offer store credit at equal value to your purchase upon receiving your returned product.  Please contact info@auroticapunk.com for more information. We only accept returns within 7 days of the delivery of your package.

*All returned items must be in unworn condition, in the original packaging. Returned items received in any other condition will not be accepted or eligible at your own expense.

EXCHANGES

 If you have received a different item or incorrect size from a purchase you have made and wish to exchange it, you are allowed to exchange it within our 7-day policy of the product being delivered to you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

 It is important to be aware that all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled as it immediately enters the processing phase.
